We’ll ask you lots of questions–how did you meet? What are your favorite restaurants? Are there foods that reflect your individual or shared histories? Perhaps you went to a carnival on your first date–how about caramel popcorn as a favor? If you’re from New Orleans, how about beignets with dipping sauces for dessert? If your wedding takes place in September, shall we start dinner with an heirloom tomato salad? These questions drive the process of putting together your menu for the wedding.
